摘要
目的探讨早期进行听知觉训练对发育迟滞儿童语言发育的影响。方法将2013年12月~2014年12月在湖南省儿童医院康复中心治疗的92例发育迟滞儿童分为干预组和对照组,干预组49例除进行常规的康复治疗外还早期进行听知觉训练,对照组43例只进行常规的康复治疗,然后将两组患儿的总有效率进行比较。结果干预组患儿31例显效,13例有效,6例无效,总有效率89.8%;对照组患儿10例显效,22例有效,9例无效,总有效率74.3%;两组进行有效率的卡方检验有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论早期进行听知觉训练可以促进3岁以内发育迟滞儿童语言发育,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the effects of early listening perceptual training on language development in developmental delay children. Methods:92 children with developmental delay ere divided into the treatment group and the control group. These children received treatment in Rehabilitation Center of Hunan Children′s Hospital from Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2014. 49 children of the treatment group received early listening perceptual training besides the normal rehabilitation therapy. In contrast,43 children of the control group received the normal rehabilitation therapy only. And the total effective rate was compared in the test. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 89.8%,31 cases showed significant results,13 case obtained effective results,and 6 cases showed ineffective results. In contrast,the total effective rate of the control group is 74.3%,10 cases showed significant results,22 case obtained effective results,and 9 cases showed ineffective results. It indicated that there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01). Conclutions:Early listening perceptual training could promote the language development in developmental delay children under 3 years old,it has obvious clinical significance.
