摘要
电解法用于处理电镀含铜废水,具有高效,操作简单等特点。采用某企业含铜电镀废水,研究了电流密度,电解时间以及进水浓度等参数对铜离子去除效率的影响,并对处理成本进行了分析。结果表明,在电流密度为1.5 A/dm^2,铜离子质量浓度为31.76 mg/L,电解t达到2 h时,铜离子去除率可以达到98%以上;铜离子质量浓度为1867.16 mg/L,在电流密度为3.0 A/dm^2,电解t达到2 h时,铜离子去除率可以达到99%以上。
Electrolysis method is an effective method for treating copper-containing wastewater with characteristics of high-efficiency and easy operation. In this paper, taking copper containing electroplating wastewater from a certain enterprise as the research object, effects of current density, electrolysis time and copper ion concentration on copper ion removal efficiency were investigated, and the treating cost was analyzed. Results showed that the removal efficiency could reach up to more than 98% when the current density was 1.5 A/dm^2 ,the copper ion mass concentration was 31.76 mg/L and the electrolysis time was 2 h; the removal efficiency could reach up to more than 99% when the current density was 3.0A/dm^2 ,the copper ion mass concentration was 1 867.16 mg/L and the electrolysis time was 2 h.
