摘要
本文选取日本埼玉县新都心开发项目中的超级体育馆作为案例,研究大型公共体育馆在策划、设计、运营过程中提高竞争力的操作手法。提出四点建议:建立符合市场规律的、清晰明确的场馆运行管理法律框架是前提;强大的前期策划和执行力是保障;贯彻"便捷舒适"纲领形成场馆核心竞争力;用专业级建设和经营打造一流品牌。
Take the Saitama Super Arena in the New Central District development project in Japan as an example, this paper studied the methods of how to improve competitiveness in the process of planning, design, operating phases for large public stadiums. Puts forward four suggestions: first, establishing clear rules of legal framework to conform to the market of venue management is the premise; second, the robust planning and execution at early stage is the guarantee; third, implementing the "convenience and comfortableness" policy is the core competitiveness for venues; last, providing professional construction and management services is the key to build first-class brand.
