摘要
介绍了中原工学院与北京微纳精密机械有限公司联合开展高端制造装备高层次人才培养的实践模式,并探讨了高层次人才培养模式实践中存在的困难与问题。为进一步提高高层次人才培养的质量和水平,满足高端制造装备等领域对高层次人才的需求,需要建立高水平的高层次人才工程和创新能力培养基地。国家有关部门在高层次人才培养方面应给予经费和政策支持,形成各关键领域高级应用型人才、创新型人才、技术带头人、领军人才梯队型高层次人才团队培养模式,为高端制造装备的快速创新发展提供人才队伍保障。
In this paper,the high-level talents cultivation pattern of high-grade manufacturing equipment under the cooperation of Zhongyuan University of Technology and Beijing Micro-Nano Precision Mechanical Co.,Ltd is introduced,and some difficulties and problems in the practice of the high-level talents cultivation pattern is explored.For further promoting the quality and level of high-level talents cultivation and meeting the needs of high-level talents in the high-grade manufacturing equipment field,it is needed that the high-level cultivation base of engineering and innovation capability for high-level talents.It is suggested that national departments concerned provide some financial and policy supports in the high-level talents cultivation and the cultivation pattern of the high-level talents echelon type team with high-grade application person,innovation talents,technical head person and leading talent for each key field be formed,which can provide a talent team guarantee for the fast innovation development of high-grade manufacturing equipment.
