摘要
某铜冶炼厂风机运行时间不足一个月即发生飞车事故,轮盖及叶片整体从轮盘上断裂脱落。分析表明,风机进口管路设计不合理,大量酸液冲击腐蚀风机叶轮是事故发生的根本原因。通过改进现场的进口管路,有效减少了进入风机的酸液,叶轮受到的冲击腐蚀明显减弱,风机的工作环境得到极大改善,确保了风机的正常运行。目前风机使用状况良好,改进效果显著。
A fan for copper smelting had an accident which was running less than one month.The shroud and all the blades were fractured and falled off from the impeller.The accident was caused by unreasonable design of the inlet pipes and acid corrosion of the fan impeller. By improving structure of the inlet pipes,the acid liquor went into fan was reduced,correspondingly the acid corrosion of impeller was bated. Currently the fan was running well. The improvement got remarkable effect.
