摘要
实验研究了改变废水初始pH对蒸发技术处理高盐高氨氮废水的影响.通过改变废水的初始pH,观察废水沸点变化情况,检测经过蒸发处理后出水中的氨氮、电导率及硫酸根含量.结果表明,不同pH下废水沸点升高最大值相同,达到最大值的速率为碱性>中性>酸性;随着pH的升高,废水中氨氮的去除率先保持平稳后迅速下降,出水中的电导率略有升高;pH对硫酸根的影响不大,去除率保持在99.80%以上.通过改变pH,蒸发技术可以同时脱除废水中的盐分和氨氮.
Experiments study the influence of different initial pH on evaporation technology to treat high salt, high ammonia nitrogen wastewater. By changing the initial pH of wastewater to ob- serve changes in the boiling point of water, detect after the evaporation process, the ammonia nitro- gen, sulfate content and conductivity in the produced water. Experimental results show that at dif- ferent pH the wastewater maximum of boiling point elevation is same, reaching the maximum rate is alkaline 〉 neutral 〉 acidic ; with increasing pH, the removal of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater de- creased rapidly after the holding steady; with increasing pH, conductivity of the water decreased slightly ; pH little influence on the sulfate removal, removal rate remains above 99. 80%. By chan- ging the pH, evaporation technology can remove salt and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater.
