摘要
本文研究了社会化媒体环境下在线用户隐私披露行为的影响机制。以计划行为理论为框架,从隐私计算和公平理论视角出发,构建了用户隐私披露行为影响因素模型。以在校大学生为样本,通过问卷调查和结构方程建模进行实证研究。结果表明:感知风险、感知收益和程序公平均是隐私披露意愿的强影响因子,进而影响披露行为;信息敏感、主观规范、信任显著影响感知风险;信息控制显著影响程序公平;分配公平显著影响感知收益。最后根据研究结果进行讨论,为促进用户个人信息披露提供建议。
The paper studies the impact mechanism of online users' privacy disclosure under the environment of social media,constructing the model of influencing of online users' personal information disclosure based on the theory of planned behavior from privacy calculus and justice perspectives.Taking college students as an example,we make an empirical study through collecting questionnaires and use the method of structural equation model.The result shows perceived benefit,perceived risk and procedural justice have a significant effect on privacy disclosure intention,which affects disclosure;Information sensitivity,subjective norm,trust significantly contribute to perceived risk;Information control significantly contribute to procedural justice;Distributive justice significantly contribute to perceived benefit.Some suggestions are provided based on the discussion of the results.
