摘要
目的建立催化荧光检测尿碘的方法。方法尿样经消化后,在磷酸介质中碘离子能催化碘酸钾氧化丁基罗丹明B的反应,使体系荧光猝灭,碘含量与荧光猝灭程度呈良好的线性关系。结果方法的检出限为12μg/L,线形范围0-500μg/L;r=0.9 994;相对标准偏差0.58%-1.04%,回收率98.4%-102.5%。结论催化荧光法测定尿中碘含量方法简单,线性范围宽,精密度、准确度等指标均满意。
Objective To establish a catalytic method of fluorescence detection of urinary iodine. Methods Urine samples were digested in phosphoric acid potassium iodate iodide can catalyze the oxidation reaction of butylrhodamine B, so that the fluores- cence quenching of fluorescence quenching with iodine content showed a good linear relationship. Results The method detection limit(MDL) was 12 μg/L, the linear range 0 -500 μg/L, r = 0. 9 994 relative standard deviation(RSD) and recoveries were 0. 58% - 1.04% and 98.4% - 102. 5%. Conclusion Catalytic Fluorimetric Determination of iodine content in urine is simple, with broader linear range, precision, accuracy and other indicators are satisfactory.
