摘要
香椿作为一种可食用植物,营养成分丰富,深受消费者欢迎。实验通过测定失重率、维生素以及叶绿素指标,确定最佳温湿度条件,以达到长期保鲜的目的。结果显示:采摘后的香椿在1℃,95%的湿度条件下保鲜效果最好。
Toona sinensis was an edible plant and its nutrition was rich and took the fancy of consumers the weight-loss rate, vitamin and chlorophyll and other conditions for the purpose of extending shelf life.
