不同固定方法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折疗效比较分析

摘要 目的:研究不同固定方法在治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的效果.方法:选取我科于2013年1月~2015年10月间收治的145例老年股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,将其按照选用的固定方法分成A组(DHS,46例)、B组(LPFP,52例)、C组(PFNA,47例),就3组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析.结果:C组患者的手术时间、术中出血量明显低于A组和B组,且术后6个月的Harris评分高于A组和B组,P<0.05;在并发症发生率上,3组间差异不明显,P>0.05.结论:老年股骨转子间骨折选用固定方法时应合理选择,PFNA固定方法具有术中操作简单、损伤小、术后恢复快的优点,在老年股骨转子间骨折具有应用推广价值.
