摘要
介绍了贵冶固定式阳极炉烟气收尘系统的工作原理,分析了系统运行效果不佳的原因;针对阻碍烟气流通的空气冷却器及布袋收尘器等单元进行优化改造,对影响布袋使用寿命的烟气温度进行优化调节,最终收尘系统运行效率提高,环境得到改善。
The working principle of fixed anode furnace flue gas collection dust system in Guixi Smelter is introduced, and the cause for poor effect of system operation is analyzed. Through optimizing and reforming to such units as air cooler and bag dust collector which hinder the flue gas flow, and adjusting the flue gas temperature which affecteloth bag service life, eventually the operating efficiency of dust collecting System is improved and the enviroment becomes better..
