1型糖尿病预测的时机与策略 被引量:1

摘要 1型糖尿病(T1DM)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)同属于慢性非传染性疾病。早期筛查、早期防控以胰岛素抵抗为主要特征的T2DM高危人群,能够有效降低T2DM发病率。同样,对T1DM高风险的早期识别有利于提高疾病的早期筛查率、早期诊断率与早期治疗率。
