摘要
目的:观察柴香解郁膏对气郁质亚临床甲状腺功能减退(甲减)患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例气郁质亚临床甲减患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片,治疗组口服中药膏方柴香解郁膏,疗程均为6个月,观察比较两组治疗前后甲状腺功能、CIMT、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后CIMT均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗后CIMT治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后TSH均低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗组TG-Ab、TPO-Ab治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗后TG-Ab、TPO-Ab治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组情绪抑郁、胸胁乳房胀痛、咽部异物感证候积分治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后总积分治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为86.7%,高于对照组的63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴香解郁膏可有效改善气郁质亚临床甲减的中医证候,降低颈动脉内膜中层厚度,从而降低动脉硬化导致的心脑血管疾病的危险性,具有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chaixiang Jieyu Unguent （柴香解郁膏, CXJYU） on qi-depression constitution patients with sub-clinical hypothyroidism. Methods：A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group was treated with CXJYU, while the control group was given Euthyrox orally. Changes of IMT, thyroid function, and TCM syndrome integral were investigated after 6 months of treatment. Results： After treatment, the CIMT of the two groups both significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The TSH of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.01）. TG-Ab, TPO-Ab in the treatment group after treatment significantly decreased （P〈0.01）, and the treatment group was lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. The scores of depression, chest breast distending pain, pharynx foreign body sensation in treatment group were lower than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. And the total scores of treatment group after treatment were lower than control group （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, and the control group was 63.3%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： CXJYU has good curative effect, it can effectively improve the syndromes of subclinical hypothyroidism, reduce carotid artery intima media thickness, then to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease caused by arteriosclerosis.
