神经莱姆病实验动物模型的研究进展 被引量:2

Advances in the study of animal models of Lyme neuroborreliosis

摘要 莱姆病是一种由蜱虫传播的伯氏疏螺旋体感染引起的人兽共患病,其发病率和致死率呈逐年上升趋势。莱姆病的主要表现形式之一是神经莱姆病,但其发病机制尚未完全明确。运用神经莱姆病实验动物模型对人类神经莱姆病进行模拟是研究该疾病的重要方法。通过对神经莱姆病实验动物模型疾病发生的研究,可进一步了解神经莱姆病的发生机制。神经莱姆病实验动物模型也可为其治疗和药物试验提供新的研究材料。本文主要对神经莱姆病的实验动物模型建立方法和建立成功与否的判断依据进行对比和概括,旨在为神经莱姆病的研究提供一定参考。 Lyme disease is a zoonosis caused by infection with Borrelia burgdorferi,and Lyme disease is borne by ticks.Lyme disease has been increasing in morbidity and mortality.Lyme neuroborreliosis is one of the common manifestations of Lyme disease,but its pathogenesis is not yet entirely clear.Laboratory animals are usually used to model Lyme neuroborreliosis,which is an important method to studying the disease.Research on the development of Lyme neuroborreliosis in an animal model can provide a better understanding of the mechanism of Lyme neuroborreliosis.Animal models of Lyme neuroborreliosis can also provide a new resource with which to study treatments and test drugs.This paper primarily summarizes research into animal models of Lyme neuroborreliosis and some standards used to evaluate the quality of animal models in the hopes of providing a reference for the study of Lyme neuroborreliosis.
