摘要
"联合图书馆"是同时服务社会和学校的综合型图书馆,在国外已有比较成熟的发展。当前,我国公共图书馆建设发展不足,而中小学图书馆建设也远远不能满足教学过程中"素质教育"的要求,在国家大力推动建设公共文化服务体系、提倡全民阅读、建设"书香社会"的环境中,打破图书馆按单位系统划分的边界,探索将条件较好的中小学图书馆纳入公共文化服务体系,建设联合图书馆,是整合现有图书馆资源、提高公共文化服务能力的可行之策。
Combined library is a comprehensive multi-functional library which has the characteristics of Public Library and school library, it developed very well in some countries. Now the public library can not meet requirements of the construction of the high level of public cultural service system, meanwhile construction of primary and middle school library is also far from enough to meet in the teaching process for education quality requirements. Our country now strongly advocated promoting nationwide reading and the construction of a scholarly community environment, breaking the restriction of traditional system, taking the library into the construction of the public cultural service system and constructing the Combined Library, is a feasible way to integrate the existing library resources and improve the ability of the public cultural service.
