摘要
气候变化给苹果产业带来巨大经济损失,适应气候变化已经成为稳定苹果种植户收入和保障苹果产业可持续发展的重要举措。基于陕、甘、鲁、豫4个苹果主产省45个村苹果种植户实地调查数据,运用空间计量经济学模型从村域层面分析苹果种植户气候变化适应性行为采用对收入的影响及其空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:苹果种植户采用适应性行为的比例平均为69%,采用水平较高,但区域之间差异明显;苹果种植户气候变化适应性行为和收入在空间上均存在明显的集聚关系;适应性行为及其空间溢出效应对生产性收入的影响显著为正;生产要素、区域特征等变量及其空间溢出效应对收入也产生影响,但影响程度小于适应性行为。
Climate change has caused apple industryhuge economic losses,and adaptation has become a significant measure to stabilize apple farmers＇ income and safeguard the sustainable development of the industry.Based on household survey data of 45 villages in 4 provinces,this paper,with the help of spatial econometric model,analyzed factors which influence apple farmers＇ adaptation to climate change and their spillover effect on apple farmers＇ income from village level.Empirical study found that the percentage of apple farmers who have taken adaptive behavior among the whole villages reaches as high as 69 on average.However,significant region differences exist in their adaptive measures; apple farmers＇ adaptation to climate change and income showed significant spatial agglomeration respectively; direct effect and spatial spillover effect on apple farmers＇ adaptive behavior for their family income is significantly positive; other variables such as productive factors and region also have spatial spillover effect on farmers＇ income while theextents are smaller than farmers＇ adaptive behavior.
