摘要
高血压是一种常见病,其与冠心病、心肌梗死、脑卒中等疾病密切相关,是心脑血管疾病最重要的独立危险因素之一。近年来高血压的发病率逐年上升,其防治工作日益受到重视。高血压防治指南是高血压防治工作的基本依据,相关声明和意见是对指南的进一步补充和阐释,针对高血压的最近研究进展和新的临床证据报道会对进一步的高血压治疗指南产生影响。本文对2015年最新发表的高血压指南、建议及研究进展进行简要的回顾和解读。
Hypertension is a common disease closely related to coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke. It is one of the most important independent risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. In recent years the hypertension incidence has increased, and its prevention and treatment have attracted more and more attention. Based on the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension, the new edition of guidelines include the relevant statements, the updated recommendations and the further supplements. This article describes a brief interpretation for the 2015 hypertension guidelines.
