摘要 维生素D是一种具有多种生理功能的类固醇类激素,而1,25-二羟维生素D3(1,25(OH)2D3)作为其最具活性的代谢产物,可作用于破骨细胞、成骨细胞,调节其增殖与分化,从而介导骨吸收和骨形成,发挥对骨稳态的调控作用。本文主要综述维生素D对破骨细胞、成骨细胞代谢调控的分子途径,探讨其分子作用机制,以期为骨代谢疾病的预防、治疗乃至新药研发提供理论指导。 Vitamin D is a kind of steroid hormones which possesses many physiological functions. 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 as the most active metabolic product of vitamin D,regulates the proliferation and differentiation through osteoclast and osteoblast so as to mediate bone resorption and formation as well as regulates bone homeostasis. This paper reviews the molecular pathways of the regulation of vitamin D on metabolism of osteoclast and osteo-blast and discusses its mechanism of molecular action,which intends to provide theoretical references for the prevention and treatment of bone metabolic diseases,and further helps the research and development for related drugs.
