摘要
某大蒜切片加工企业通过技术经济比选,确定采用"铁碳微电解+曝气氧化+溶气气浮+生物接触氧化工艺"处理生产废水。运行结果表明,系统出水COD、BOD5、SS平均浓度分别为170、70、70 mg/L,可以达到《城市污水再生利用农田灌溉用水水质》(GB 20922—2007)中的旱地谷物水质标准,既可以改善周边水环境质量,又有利于企业自身的可持续发展。
Through technical and economic comparison, a garlic slice processing enterprise adopted the combined process of iron carbon micro-electrolysis, aeration oxidation, dissolved air flotation and biological contact oxidation to treat the production wastewater. The operation results showed that the average concentrations of COD, BOD5 and SS in the system effluent were 170 mg/L, 70 mg/L and 70 mg/L,respectively, which could meet the dryland corn water quality standards in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Quality of Farmland Irrigation Water ( GB 20922 - 2007 ). The quality of the surrounding water environment could be improved, and the sustainable development of the enterprise itself could be achieved.
