摘要
建立了微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定大米中Be、B、Na、Mg、K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sn、Sb、Ba、Pb 27种元素含量的方法,试验用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果表明,各种元素的标准曲线的线性相关系数范围为0.998 6~1.000 0,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%,检出限为0.002 3~52.15ng/ml。各元素加标回收率为80.2%~108.6%,定量限回收率为81%~112.5%。此方法准确、快速、简便,适用于大米中多元素含量的检测。
We developed the method for simultaneous determination of 27 elements in rice ( including Be, B, Na, Mg, K, Ca, Ti,V,Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Rb, Sr, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ba and Pb) using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion, and corrected matrix interference and signal drifting by the mixed internal standard. The linear coefficient of above elements were 0. 998 6-1. 000 0,the RSD were below 5% ,and the detection limit was in the range of 0. 002 3 - 52.15 ng/ml, the recoveries were in the range of 80.2 %- 108.6 %, the recoveries of quantification limit were in the range of 81 %- 112.5 %. The method was accurate,quick and simple, suitable for determination of many elements in rice.
