摘要
对原子吸收法测定配合饲料中铜含量测量结果不确定度进行评定,确保检测结果准确可靠。根据JJF1059.1—2012技术规范的要求和GB/T 13885—2003中铜含量的测定原理,建立了分析过程的数学模型,对配合饲料中铜含量的结果进行了不确定度分析。结果表明:影响配合饲料中铜含量测定结果不确定度的主要来源包括饲料前处理过程的不确定度、标准溶液的不确定度、工作曲线方程的不确定度和重复测定饲料的不确定度等方面。
We evaluated the uncertainty of detection results of copper in feed using atomic absorption spectrometry, and ensured the detection results accurate and reliable. According to technical specifications of JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Excpression of Uncertainty in Measurement and GB/T 13885 - 2003 Determination of the Contents of Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc in Animal Feeding Stuffs Using Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, we established a mathematical model of analysis process, and analyzed the uncertainty of copper content in the feed. The results showed that the main effect factors of measurement uncertainty included uncertainty degree of feed pre-treatment process, of standard solution density,of work curve equation and that of sample repeated determination.
