摘要
[目的/意义]新能源汽车因其节能环保的特点受到了广泛的关注,但在持续发展的过程中仍面临较高的专利风险,构建适合新能源汽车企业使用的预警指标体系,能有效减少专利风险带来的损失。[方法/过程]将专利管理过程划分为创造、申请、运用、保护四个阶段,对不同阶段的风险来源进行分析,结合风险来源分析的结果选择适当的指标衡量风险。[结果/结论]构建了包含38个子指标的三级指标体系,并综合运用专家打分法和层次分析法确定指标权重,相关企业可运用该指标体系判断企业的风险水平,以便根据其风险来源和程度的差异采取有针对性的防范措施。
[ Purpose/Significance ] The environmentally friendly features of new energy vehicle is getting more and more attention. [ Method/Process] The new energy vehicle patent risk management was divided into 4 stages based on the characteristics of patent management process which included creation, application, use and protection. Risk-factors were found out by analyzing the patent risk. [ Result/ Conclusion]38 patent risk indexes were selected in order to create a three-rank indictor system. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was used to determine the index weight. Chinese new energy vehicle enterprises can use the three-rank indictor system to confirm the level of patent risk and further steps will be taken based on the differences of risk sources and degree.
