摘要 针对市政部门在数字城市建设中提高城市基础部件巡查维护效率的需求,引入二维码技术到城市部件移动巡查系统架构中,剖析系统的主要功能模块,研究二维码技术应用、ArcGIS Server地图服务发布和移动终端定位等系统构建关键技术,设计并实现基于二维码技术的城市部件移动巡查系统。系统达到提高城市部件移动巡查工作效率和质量的效果,为提高城市部件移动巡查工作提供良好的解决方案和思路。 This paper presents a mobile patrol system of city components,in order to meet the demand of improving the efficiency of patrol and maintenance for municipal department in the construction of digital city.Firstly,this paper designs the system architecture based on two-dimensional code,and analyses the basic functional requirements.Then,it focuses on studying some main technological problems to build this system,including the two-dimensional code recognition technological application,map service publishing in ArcGIS Server,and the mobile terminal location technology.Finally,this paper implements some professional functions of the system. The system improves the quality and efficiency of patrol and maintenance of the city components and provides a good solution to the patrol work of city components.
