摘要
近些年来,我国工程建设蓬勃发展,建筑工程设计管理层面存在的掣肘却愈发明显.建筑信息模型技术是基于新一代计算机辅助的设计基础性技术,越来越多地应用于我国工程建设领域.指出了目前建筑设计管理存在的弊端;阐述了建筑信息模型技术主要内容与实用价值;进而较详细地分析了建筑信息模型技术在建筑工程设计管理中的应用,指出了应用存在的问题,并提出了改进措施.
In recent years,with the vigorous development of China＇s construction,constraints of management level of construction engineering design have become more and more obvious.Building information model is based on a new generation of basic technology of computer aided design and more and more applied in the field of engineering construction in our country.This paper points out the disadvantages existing in current architectural design management and expounds main content and the practical value of the building information model technology.Then it analyses in detail the construction technology application in construction engineering design management information model,points out the existing problems in the application,and puts forward some improvement measures.
