摘要
目的调查急诊科护士团队合作度现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取哈尔滨市5所三级医院的134名急诊科护士,采用一般情况调查表、护士团队合作度量表(NTS)和团队冲突量表(TCS)进行调查,使用多元回归分析探讨急诊科护士团队合作度的影响因素。结果急诊科护士团队合作度总分为(94.49±10.28)分,团队冲突总分为(39.26±8.16)分。相关分析显示,急诊科护士的团队合作度与团队冲突呈显著负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);多元回归分析显示,工作年限、学历和团队冲突是急诊科护士团队合作度主要影响因素(均P<0.05),共能解释34.8%的变异量。结论急诊科护士的团队合作度低于医院护士的平均水平,受到工作年限、学历和团队冲突的影响。临床管理者应关注急诊科护士的团队合作度现状,降低急诊护士的团队冲突,以减轻护士同情心疲乏状况。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of teamwork in emergency room nurses. Methods A total of 134 emergency room nurses were selected from 5 tertiary hospitals in Harbin by using convenience sampling method. They were investigated with a self-designed demographic questionnaire,the Nursing Teamwork Survey and the Team Conflict Scale. The influencing factors of teamwork in emergency room nurses were analyzed using multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results The total score of teamwork in emergency room nurses was (94.49±10.28). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the length of service, educational levels and team conflict could predict teamwork in emergency room nurses, which explained 34.8% of total variance. Conclusion Teamwork measured in emergency room nurses is lower than hospital nurses as a whole, and is influenced by nurses' length of service, educational levels and team conflict. Clinical managers should pay more attention to teamwork among emergency room nurses, and reduce the level of team conflict among them in order to lessen the level of compassion fatigue.
