摘要
随着城市的发展和产业结构的调整,很多工业化初期遗留下来的工业建筑都面临着现实的更替。如何改造和利用这些老旧废弃的工业厂房,使其能重新焕发生机,创造新的经济价值与社会价值,是旧厂房建设的思考方向,笔者以闵行工业区厂房改建项目为例,阐述新旧共生的设计方案,简析空间规划带来的文化激荡与艺术冲击。
