摘要 水泵水轮机的空载不稳定使得机组并网困难,严重的还会导致机组部件的损坏、机组运行中断,影响到电厂和电网的生产和运行安全,水泵水轮机空载稳定性问题已成为当前需要解决的关键性问题之一。从数值模拟和模型试验两个方面综述了改善水泵水轮机空载稳定性方面的研究成果。指出应从内流场数值仿真和PIV内流测量两个方面,研究水泵水轮机的"S"形特性和空载稳定性,分析水泵水轮机"S"形特性、空载稳定性与内流涡动力学的关系,为水泵水轮机水力设计提供方向性的指导,改善其空载稳定性。 Instability of the pump-turbine with no-load will make the grid-connected units difficult, and even cause the damage of the units parts and the interruption of the operation of the units, which influence the security of the production and the operation of the power plant and the grid. The stability of the pump-turbine with no-load has become one of the key problems to be solved currently. The research accomplishments of the stability of the pump-turbine with no-load are overviewed by numerical simulation and model experiment in the paper. It is identified that the" S" performance and the stability of the no-load performance of the pump-turbine should be studied, and the relationship among the" S" performance, the stability of the no-load performance and the inflow vorticity dynamics of the pump-turbine should be analyzed by inflow numerical simulation and PIV inflow measurement. The achievements provide the theoretical guidance for the design of pump-turbine and are benefit for the improvement of the stability of the noload performance.
