摘要
建了砂尘冲蚀试验系统,采用粒子成像测速方法获得了气体压力和砂尘速度之间的关系,并在砂尘质量浓度为28.91g/m3,速度为80m/s,冲蚀角度为30°的条件下,对TC4钛合金和多层TiN/Ti涂层进行了冲蚀试验.结果表明:TC4钛合金抗冲蚀损伤能力较差,平均质量损失率达0.7mg/min.多层TiN/Ti涂层可承受砂尘冲蚀200min以上,且TiN/Ti调制比为1∶3涂层的抗冲蚀能力优于调制比为1∶1的涂层.砂尘粒子垂直冲击速度分量引起的微区剥落是涂层冲蚀损伤的主要原因,增加多层涂层韧性是提高其抗冲蚀性能的关键.
A sand erosion test system was set up. The relationship between gas pressure and sand particle velocity was obtained by using particle image velocimetry method, and the erosion performance of TC4 titanium alloy and TiN/Ti multilayer coating was tested at the condition of sand concentration 28.91 g/m^3 , sand particle velocity 80 m/s, and impact angle 30°. The results show that, the anti-erosion performance of TC4 titanium alloy is poor with average mass loss rate about 0.7 mg/min. TiN/Ti multilayer coatings can withstand sand erosion more than 200 minutes. TiN/Ti multilayer coating with modulation ratio of 1 - 3 is superior to that with the modulation ratio of 1 : 1 on the anti-erosion performance. Microspalling caused by the vertical impact component of sand particle velocity is the main reason for erosion damage of coating. Therefore, the key to improve anti-erosion performance of multilayer coating is enhancing the toughness.
