摘要
目的 分析探讨5 S管理在肝胆神经外科病区环境管理中的效果,对其管理应用价值进行总结。方法 选择2015年3-6月肝胆神经外科治疗出院的30例患者作为对照组,实施5 S管理后,选取7-10月治疗出院的30例患者作为观察组。对2组患者进行问卷调查,对比分析患者满意度,结合5 S管理前后护理部环境检查科室的得分比,对环境管理效果进行研究。结果 观察组患者的满意度为（98.3±7.8）%,护理部检查得分为（97.4±3.8）%,明显优于对照组指标,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 5 S管理在肝胆神经外科病区环境管理中有利于创建和管理整洁清爽的环境,改善工作心情,提升患者住院体验,树造医疗卫生行业良好的服务形象,故该管理模式值得在肝胆神经外科病区大力推广和实践。
Objective To study the effect of application of 5 S management in neuro-hepatobiliary surgical ward’ s environmental management. Methods To choose 30 patients in neuro-hepatobiliary surgical ward between March 2015 and June 2015 as control group, another 30 patients from the same ward between July and October were chosen as observation group after 5 S management method was implemented to improve the environmental management. A same satisfaction survey was conducted among two groups respectively. Combined with the scores from the nursing department’ s monthly inspection comparatively analyze the status from two groups. Results The observation group’ s degree of satisfaction regarding the ward environment and service was （98.3±7.8）% and inspection score （97.4±3.8）%, much higher than those 2 indicators of the control group （P〈0.05）. The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The 5 S management in neuro-hepatobiliary surgical ward’ s environmental management has positive effect in creating and maintaining clean and comfortable surroundings, improves the staff’ s mood, optimizes patients’ medical experience and sets up the good image for the whole health care industry, thus this management mode is worth promoting in the practice of neuro-hepatobiliary surgical ward’ s environmental management.
