摘要
目的探讨急诊护理流程对急性冠脉综合征急救效率及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院83例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为对照组41例,观察组42例,对照组实施传统护理,观察组实施急诊护理流程护理,比较两组分诊、冠脉再灌注治疗时间、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平。结果观察组分诊及冠脉再灌注治疗时间、hs-c Tn T、CK-MB水平低于对照组,LVEF、LVEDD水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性冠脉综合征患者实施急诊护理流程,可有效提高急救效率及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing process on the first aid efficiency and nursing satisfaction of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 83 patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital were selected, randomly divided into the control group of 41 cases, observation group of 42 cases, traditional nurse was performed in control group, observation group implementation of emergency nursing process nurse, compared the two groups of triage, coronary reperfusion therapy time, creatine kinase（CK-MB）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD） levels and nursing satisfaction. Results The treatment time, hs-c Tn T, CK-MB levels of observation group and coronary reperfusion therapy were lower than that of control group, LVEF and LVEDD levels were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emergency nursing process for patients with acute coronary syndrome, which can effectively improve the efficiency of emergency care and nursing satisfaction.
