摘要
目的总结归纳手术室老年患者术中护理方式。方法根据2014年1月-2015年3月我院的220例老年手术患者进行研究分析,为患者提供优质术中护理,对患者的护理满意度进行收集,总结归纳临床对老年手术患者的护理方式。结果全部患者均顺利完成手术治疗,患者的满意度是97.73%（215/220）,研究中没有皮肤损伤、褥疮、术中低体温等等并发症出现,整体护理效果突出。结论根据老年手术患者的临床特点,为患者提供优质护理服务,能够减少术中不良事件的发生率,确保手术的顺利完成,因此老年患者术中护理研究意义重大。
Objective To summarize the nursing methods of elderly patients in operation room. Methods 220 cases of elderly surgical patients from January 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were studied and analyzed, to provide high quality of nursing in operation for patients on nursing satisfaction were collected, summarized the clinical nursing of elderly patients. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, patient satisfaction was 97.73%（215/220）. There were no complications of skin injury, pressure sore, low temperature and so on, and the whole nursing effect was outstanding. Conclusion According to the clinical characteristics of elderly patients, to provide quality care for patients, can reduce the incidence of adverse events during the operation, to ensure the successful completion of surgery, so the nursing of elderly patients in great significance.
