摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂在中医护理技能培训中的效果。方法建立中医护理技能翻转课堂培训小组,对护理人员进行中医护理技能培训,并评价其效果。结果培训前后护理人员的中医护理技能考核成绩、护理人员练习花费时间、护理人员满意度对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂节省了临床护理人员技能考核练习时间,提高了护理人员技能水平及满意度,有利于提高培训师教学能力,提高临床教学质量。
Objective To explore the effect of flipped class in the training of nursing skills for Traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The flipped classroom training group of nursing skills for Traditional Chinese medicine was established, nursing staff were trained about nursing skills for Traditional Chinese medicine, the effectiveness was evaluated. Results There were significant differences in assessment scores on nursing skills for Traditional Chinese medicine, practice time and satisfaction of nursing staff before and after training(P0.05). Conclusion Flip classroom can save practice time on skill assessment, enhance nursing skill and satisfaction, improve teaching skill of training teachers and the quality of clinical teaching.
