摘要 目的探讨门诊导诊中细节服务的应用价值。方法我院门诊于2015年4月后开始实施细节服务,在2015年4月前均为常规门诊服务,比较实施细节服务前后的门诊导诊质量和满意度。结果 A组满意度为98.57%高于B组87.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的导诊质量优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊导诊服务中,护理人员要重视细节服务,明确患者需求,为其提供针对性的服务,提高门诊导诊质量。 Objective To investigate the application value of the detail service in outpatient guidance. Methods In courtyard outpatient service began in April 2015 after the implementation details of the service, before April 2015 are routine outpatient services, compared with the implementation details of the service quality and satisfaction before and after outpatient guidance. Results The satisfaction of A group was 98.57% higher than that of group B(87.14%), the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The B group of its quality was better than A group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion In the outpatient guidance services, nursing staff should pay attention to the details of the service, clear the needs of patients, to provide targeted services, improve the quality of outpatient guidance.
