摘要
本文以印度尼西亚(以下简称印尼)某火力发电厂为研究对象,分析了印尼电价的组成和测算体系,印尼电价不同于国内发电厂测算的经营期单一平均电价,其组成包括A部分电价投资回报电价、B部分电价固定成本电价、C部分电价燃料成本电价、D部分电价可变成本电价和E部分电价电厂的输送电线路电价。分析了影响电价变化的主要因素是项目建设总费用、煤价、发电量。结果表明:项目建设总费用只影响投资回报电价A电价和固定成本电价B电价;煤价的变化只影响燃料成本电价C电价;发电量只影响投资回报电价A电价和固定成本电价B电价。
A Indonesia coal-fired power plant as the research object, the compositions and calculation system of Indonesia electricity price are analysed.Different from a single average price of domestic power plant, Indonesia Electricityprice components includes A part of invest returns price, B part of fixed cost price, C part of fuel cost price, D part of variable cost price and E part of electricity transmission lines price.The main factors of influencing the electricity price are project construction cost,coal price and electricity gen- eration.The analysis results show that the change of project construction cost only affects A part price and B part price. The change of coal price only affects C part price. The change of electricity generation only affectsA part price and B part price.
