摘要
本文从高职院校师范专业的现状及特点出发,依据高职院校办学理念、办学定位、办学精神等特征,探讨师范专业转型的指导思想;遵循师范专业转型共性,着力于学科专业个性,以数学教育专业的转型为例,探索师范专业转型的出路及对策。
From the situation and characteristics of teacher specialty in higher vocational colleges,based on the concept of higher vocational colleges, school location, school spirit and other features, the author explores the guiding ideology of transition about teacher specialty; also, following the phenomenon of transition of teachers' specialty, focusing on the features of subjects, taking teacher specialty in mathematics education as an example, the author proposes some countermeasures to the transition reforms of teacher specialty.
