摘要
本文基于个体异质性和工作特征因素,采用2014年西部地区9家公益类事业单位中855名进城务工人员的问卷调查数据,运用Mincer收入模型和回归方程的Shapley value分解方法,探索公益类事业单位中进城务工人员这一特殊领域的工资水平的决定机制,寻找影响公益类事业单位中进城务工群体内部工资水平差异的因素。研究发现:人力资本方面,教育水平和工作经验对公益类事业单位进城务工人员工资收入差距呈现出显著的正相关;个人特征方面,性别、户籍、籍贯因素对公益类事业单位中的进城务工人员的工资收入影响显著,男性进城务工者工资收入高于女性、"城-城"进城务工者工资收入水平高于"农-城"进城务工者,籍贯为外省的进城务工者工资收入高于籍贯为本省的进城务工者;工作特征中的单位类型因素对进城务工者的工资收入影响显著,公益二类事业单位进城务工者工资收入水平高于公益一类事业单位中的进城务工者。据此,提出相关政策建议。
Based on individual heterogeneity factors and job characteristics, this article uses 855 migrant workers survey data in 9 western region Public Service Institutions in 2014 . Exploring the influence mechanism of individual heterogeneity on migrant workers' wage level from public service institution used Mincer wage equation and Shapley Value decomposition method, looking for the influence mechanism of job characteristics on the internal wage differentials of migrant worker in public service institutions. The study shows human capital, education level and work experience to the wage differentials of migrant worker in public service institutions is showing a significant positive correlation. In personal characteristics, gender, household registration, origin have a great effect on the wage income of migrant workers in public service institutions, male migrant workers wages level is higher than women, "city-city" migrant workers' wage level is higher than "rural-city" migrant workers," origin of outside province" migrant workers' wage level is higher than " origin of inside province" migrant workers'. Migrant workers' wage level from public service institution type Ⅰ is higher than that of public service institution type Ⅱ . This paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
