摘要
背钻Stub长度是高速PCB产品性能的关键技术指标之一。文章主要从背钻stub长度的各个主要影响因素，结合试验验证，系统地分析了不同因素对高速PCB产品背钻Stub值的影响，提供了高速PCB产品背钻stub长度控制能力提升的解决方案。
The Stub length of backdrilling is one of the key technology of high speed PCB product performance indicators. This article indicated each main influence factor mainly by backdrilling Stub length, and analyzed the different factors impact on backdrilling Stub length of high speed PCB products systematically combined with tests, provided the solution of the backdrilling Stub length control ability of high speed PCB products.
