摘要
法治是现代政党治国理政的根本方式,法治反腐是依法治国的应有之义。当前在我国反腐败法治领域,选择性反腐、"双规"与"双指"、官员腐败、网络反腐等问题值得理性思考,应依据国情,建立法治反腐的制度性措施和路径。
The rule of law is the fundamental way of the modern party＇s governance,the rule of law is the proper meaning of law corruption. In the field of current anti-corruption law,selective anti-corruption,＂Shuang-gui＂and ＂Shuang-zhi＂,official corruption,network anti-corruption issues worthy of rational thinking,should be based on the national conditions,then,to establish the institutional measures and ways against corruption.
