摘要
纽伦堡审判和东京审判对国际法和战后国际关系发展影响深远。两大审判的口译制度在维护当事人语言权利、保证程序正义、确保庭审顺利进行、缩短审判周期等方面发挥了重要作用。本文对两大审判口译制度中的工作语言、口译设备、译员聘用、口译效果、争议仲裁机制等进行比较分析,旨在还原历史真相,为当今国内外司法活动中的口译制度构建提供一定的借鉴。
The Nuremberg Trial and the Tokyo Trial exerted a profound influence on international law and PostWWII international relations. The interpreting mechanism played an important role in maintaining the litigants＇ language rights,guaranteeing impartial procedures,ensuring the smooth proceedings and shortening trial spans.Interpreting mechanisms in the two trials are compared and analyzed from the perspectives of working languages,recruitment employment of interpreters,interpreting equipment and effects,dispute arbitration,with an aim to restore historical truth and offer reference to the structuring of interpreting mechanism in judicial affairs both at home and abroad.
