摘要 为分析加氢装置压缩机管段万向铰链型波纹膨胀节的波纹管开裂原因,对波纹管结构型式、波纹管材料性能进行了研究,通过对波纹管结构型式、材料改进,提高了万向铰链型膨胀节的波纹管使用性能,延长了波纹管的使用寿命,使系统中的补偿元件选型、敷设更合理,运行更安全。该设备已连续运行2年多,状况良好,说明改进措施安全可靠。 For analysis the reason of the hydrogenation unit compressor tube segment universal hinge type corrugated expan- sion corrugated pipe cracking, the bellows structure type and material performance were studied. Through improvement of the bellows structure type and material, the universal hinge type corrugated expansion usage performance was improved, extending the bellows service life, making compensating element selection and laying more rational and running safer.Now, it is used well for more than 2 years, the condition is good, that is to say that the improving method is safe and reliable.
