摘要
针对郑徐客运专线开兰特大桥(76+160+76)m连续梁的无缝线路设计,采用有限元法,对扣件类型和是否设置伸缩调节器进行方案比选。检算结果表明,本桥采用WJ-8B型常阻力扣件钢轨应力不满足强度要求,采用小阻力扣件非常接近钢轨的容许应力值。研究结论:该桥需要在梁端设置钢轨伸缩调节器。
In view of the design of continuous welded rail on Kailan main bridge of( 76 + 160 + 76) m on Zhengzhou-Xuzhou dedicated passenger line,this paper compares the programs about the types of fastener and the setting of rail expansion joint based on finite element analysis. The calculation results show that the program with normal resistance fasteners of WJ-8B fails to meet the strength requirement and the program with small resistance fasteners of WJ-8B results in very closeness to the allowable stress of rail. Studies conclude that it is necessary to set a group of rail expansion joints on the beam end of the bridge
