摘要
2014年,教育部发布《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》,启动中国现代学徒制试点工作,提出了4点试点工作内涵。2015年,笔者随中国模具教学研究会前往瑞士考察瑞士现代学徒制实施情况,深入企业培训机构、访谈学生和"师傅",初步了解瑞士现代学徒制实施情况。湖北工业职业技术学院模具设计与制造专业于2014年开展现代学徒制教学改革,笔者对中瑞现代学徒制内涵进行了比较分析,并从工作实践探讨了中国实施现代学徒制的现状。
In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued opinions on "carrying out modern apprenticeship pilot by the Ministry of Education" to start the Chinese modern apprenticeship pilot work and proposed 4 pilot connotations. In 2015,the author researched Swiss modern apprenticeship with the Chinese Mold Education Association,in enterprises and training institutions,interviewed students and their "master",and obtained a preliminary understanding of the implementation of the Swiss modern apprenticeship.Mold design and manufacturing specialty of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic began modern apprenticeship reform in 2014. the author made a comparative analysis of modern apprenticeship connotation between China and Switzerland,and discussed the implementation of China's modern apprenticeship practice.
