摘要
随着旋转模切机转速的提高,刀架及齿辊等结构振动剧烈,使得整个系统的动态性能指标无法满足设计要求。基于虚拟样机技术及有限元法,采用ADAMS软件建立模切机压花辊系统的虚拟样机模型,对系统在300 m/min线速度且空载的情况进行动力学仿真,提取得到齿辊的支承轴承动态载荷历程。同时开展刀架的模态分析,并以动力学仿真结果作为输入条件,进行刀架的谐响应分析,探测结构的共振响应,为设备的动态性能校核及参数优化提供参考。
As the speed of rotary die-cutting machine increases,the cutter frame and tooth roller vibrate sharply,which affects the system dynamic performance of the die-cutting machine. Based on the virtual prototype technology and finite element method,ADAMS software was employed to establish a virtual prototype model of the embossing roller system. In addition,the system dynamic simulation was conducted at a load-free linear velocity of 300 m / min to extract the bearing loadings of the tooth roller. Then the cutter frame modal analysis was performed. The cutter frame harmonic response was analysed with the results of dynamic simulation as input to examine the structure resonance response. The results can contribute to the dynamic performance verification and the parameters optimization of equipment.
