摘要
加氢装置10-E-6413汽油加氢二段冷却器用于二段反应器出料的冷却,2014~2015年运行期间先后发生3次管束腐蚀泄漏,采用宏观检查、化学分析以及冷凝水分析等方法,对冷却器管束泄漏原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,壳程工艺介质的腐蚀性较弱、管程循环水的垢下腐蚀以及溶解氧腐蚀是造成加氢装置二段冷却器管束泄漏的主要原因,循环水中微生物的腐蚀也起到了一定的促进作用,在这3种腐蚀形式的共同作用下,冷却器管束发生了腐蚀泄漏。提出了对冷却器管板进行防腐处理、循环水关键指标监控、冷却器定期反冲洗等可行的防护措施,确保装置长周期安全平稳运行。

Analysis results show that the shell side of the process medium corrosion, weak tube under scale process of circulating water corrosion and corrosion of dissolved oxygen is the main cause of cooler tube bundle leakage, corrosion of microorganism in circulating cooling water also played a certain role in promoting, in the three forms of corrosion, the cooler tube bundle occurred leakage and corrosion. The protection measures such as anti corrosion treatment, the key indicators of circulating water and the counter flushing of the cooler are put forward to ensure the long period safe and stable operation of the device.
