摘要
探索农户水禽养殖新技术采用意愿的影响因素,对促进养殖新技术推广应用,发展健康高效的水禽产业具有重要意义。基于8省(市)水禽养殖户的微观调研数据,采用二元Probit模型,分析农户水禽养殖新技术的采用意愿,探讨农户采用养殖技术意愿的影响因素。结果表明,农户采用养殖新技术的意愿普遍较高,83%的受访农户表示愿意采用养殖新技术。年龄、养殖场规模、新技术风险程度的主观判断、掌握新技术难易程度的主观判断、距农业推广机构的距离对农户采用新技术意愿有负向影响,受教育程度、养殖年限、是否参加过技术培训、是否得到国家政策扶持、是否获得贷款对农户采用新技术意愿有正向影响。在此基础上提出了加强基础教育建设,在水禽产业中设立进入和退出门槛,鼓励养殖户持续经营;加大养殖新技术的宣传和培训力度,完善技术指导和技术服务体制;加大对水禽产业的扶持力度,创建完善的农村信贷服务等具体措施。
Exploring the influencing factors of waterfowl farmers＇ willingness to adopt new breeding technologies is of great significance in promoting the application of new breeding technologies and developing a healthy and productive waterfowl industry. Based on the of survey data from 8 provinces （cities）, and applying the Binary Probit Model, this paper analyzes farmers＇ willingness to adopt new breeding technologies and explores the influencing factors. Results show that farmers＇ willingness to adopt new breeding technologies is generally high, and 83% of farmers are willing to adopt new breeding technologies. Factors such as age, farming scale, subjective judgment on the risk of new technology adoption, subjective judgment on mastering a new technology and the distance from households to technology promotion agencies have negative impacts on farmers＇ willingness to adopt a new technology. While factors including education level, years of engaging in breading, whether technically trained, whether supported by national policies and whether getting loans have positive impacts on farmers＇ willingness to adopt a new technology. Fttrtherly, this paper provides some suggestions to increase farmers＇ willingness to adopt new technologies, including 1） strengthening the basic education, establishing the entry and exit thresholds in waterfowl industry to encourage farmers to breed continuously; 2） enhancing the propaganda and training of new waterfowl cultivation technology, improving technical guidance and service mechanism; and 3） increasing the support for waterfowl industry and perfecting rural credit service.
