偏心螺母的多工位冷镦成形工艺数值模拟及优化 被引量:3

Numerical simulation and optimization on multi-station cold heading of eccentric nut

摘要 对偏心螺母进行工艺分析,提出了两种不同的工艺方案,并基于Deform-3D对两种冷镦工艺方案进行数值模拟。对比分析了两种方案成形过程中应力应变分布以及载荷行程曲线的变化规律。通过优化工艺及模具结构使得多工位冷镦过程中各工位模具承受的载荷值较小并且分布均匀。经仿真分析以及实验验证证明,通过第2种工艺方案生产出来的偏心螺母表面质量较好,填充饱满,无裂纹、折叠等缺陷,采用该工艺方法更适用于零件的大批量生产。 The process analysis of eccentric nut was described,and two different processes were proposed and simulated based on Deform-3D. Then,the stress and strain distribution,and load-stroke curves of two processes were contrasted and analyzed. Therefore,the load acting on die decreased and its distribution became uniform in every station by optimizing the process and die structure during the multistation cold heading process. According to simulation analysis and experimental verification,eccentric nuts produced by the second process have a high quality without cracks or other defects,which is more suitable for the mass production of parts.
