摘要
针对金川充填采矿需要,开展了废石和全尾砂两种混合骨料的级配研究。首先根据最大干密度理论和粒子干涉理论,确定充填骨料级配评价指标,然后针对矿山废石和全尾砂两种骨料进行粒径级配分析。结果表明,这两种骨料级配不良,不能单独用作金川矿山充填骨料;混合骨料级配结果表明,当废石与全尾砂配比为6∶4与7∶3时粒度分布曲线比较接近Fuller理想级配曲线,对应的堆积密实度达到最大,推荐其作为金川矿山充填骨料的合理配比。
Aimed at the requirement of filling mining in Jin- chuan mine, the grading research on mixed aggregate with waste rock and whole tailings was carried out. Firstly, based on the maximum dry density theory and particle interfering theory, evaluation indexes of filling aggregate grading were determined. Then, the size grading was analyzed according to the two kinds of aggregates. The results showed that the two kinds of aggregate had poor size grading and couldst be used as filling aggregate alone in Jinchuan mine. Moverover, the grading results of mixed aggregate showed that when the proportion of waste rock and whole tailings was 6 : 4 or 7 : 3, the size distribution curve was closed to the Fuller curve, and the packing density reached to the maximum, which proved that these two proportions of mixed aggregate were reasonable for filling aggregate in Jinchuan mine.
