基于因子分析的固体废弃物回收利用评价 被引量:3

Evaluation on the Recycling and Application of Solid Waste Based on the Factor Analysis

摘要 截取2014年31个省市区固体废弃物的9个统计指标,采用因子分析法分别对其进行综合分析。研究发现:我国东部地区在固体废弃物产生利用能力、危险废弃物产生利用能力方面,均强于中部和西部地区,固体废弃物的储存回收能力方面西部地区占优。针对每个区域发展水平的差异建议采取不同的战略措施,通过科技创新来提升东部地区固体废弃物的回收利用能力,通过培育固体废弃物产业化来提升中部地区固体废弃物的回收利用能力,通过跨区域合作治理提升西部地区固体废弃物的回收利用能力,从而全面提高我国固体废弃物的回收利用能力。 9 statistical indicators of solid waste were intercep- ted from 31 provinces in 2014, and their comprehensive analysis was respectively conducted by factor analysis. The study found that the production and application ability of solid waste and hazardous waste in eastern China was higher than that in central or western China. But the reserve and recovery ability of solid waste in western China was domi- nant. In terms of the difference of developmental level at each region, different strategic measures were suggested to improve the recovery and application ability of solid waste as follows. The technical innovation was used in eastern China, the industrialization cultivation of solid waste was used in central China, and the cooperative administration of crossing districts was used in western China, which could fully im- prove the recovery and application ability of solid waste.
