摘要
图像传感器采集系统的性能直接决定了图像的成像质量,针对当前图像传感器采集系统的缺陷,结合CMOS图像传感器的数据输出特点,设计了一种新型的CMOS图像传感器采集系统。首先分析了CMOS图像传感器的工作原理,然后对CMOS图像传感器采集系统的软、硬件结构以及一些关键部件进行了描述与设计,最后对CMOS图像传感器采集系统进行调试和仿真。结果表明,CMOS图像传感器的功耗低、生成图像质量好,具有广泛的应用价值。
Performance of image sensor data acquisition system directly determines the quality of image, according to the defects of sensor image acquisition system and combined with the data output characteristics of image sensor, paper has designed a new CMOS sensor image acquisition system, First of all, analyzes working principle of CMOS image sensor, and secondly, CMOS sensor image acquisition system hardware and software structure and some key parts are descried and design, finally, CMOS sensor image acquisition system is debugged and simulation. The results show that the power consumption of CMOS image sensor is low and image quality is good, and has wide application value.
