摘要
汽车离合器耐久性能检测设备是汽车离合器产品性能检测的主要设备之一,是保证汽车离合器产品质量的重要检测设备。在深入分析离合器耐久性能检测机理基础上,设计和开发了汽车离合器耐久性能检测平台的总体结构、关键部件以及检测平台的控制系统。汽车离合器耐久性能检测平台采用研华工控机作为上位机,三菱PLC作为下位机,通过采用模糊PID控制算法保证检测平台控制精度。经过实际应用结果表明,检测平台运行稳定,系统控制精度高,满足设计使用要求。
Durability of automobile clutch testing platform is one of the main equipment of automobile clutch performance detection, and is an important test equipment'to ensure the quality of automotive clutch products.
